The concept of Letstry is simple:
The corporate partner provides samples and Letstry interfaces with interested consumers who have a preference for foreign branded products. Upon registration to the portal Letstry on www.letstry.com.cn (Chinese only), consumers supply their personal contact details and interests, receiving points in exchange. These points can then be redeemed for free product samples and vouchers. Users can earn additional point credit by :
- inviting friends to join the Letstry community,
- participating in market research surveys
- writing product review of tested products.
This model directly links foreign brands with Chinese consumers and captures the "voice of the customer", allowing the company to engage with them on a deeper level and a continuous basis.
